We hired Kyle and the Bond Landscape & Design team to replace our front porch steps and install a landing, railing, and side steps. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional, and we could not be happier with the results.

Kyle provided detailed design drawings upfront, which made the whole process clear and collaborative from the start.  He worked with us to achieve our vision within our budget, making adjustments along the way without any issues, and guided us toward premium quality materials that suit the character of our home. He was easy to reach and on site every single day to check on progress, which gave us real confidence that the project was in good hands.

Rodney and the entire crew were very hardworking and respectful. They completed the entire job in just three days and left the property in great shape. Our entrance has been completely transformed and  the quality of the workmanship speaks for itself. The before and after is truly dramatic - the entrance looks like it was always meant to look this way.

Kyle has been absolutely great to work with! He aims to please and goes the extra mile. Great communication throughout the process. We had him do our three car wide driveway, front walk and side of garage path as well as a feature wall integrated in all new landscaping and lighting. Working with Bond Landscape & Design was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with any contractor, ever!

We hired them to completely redo our backyard after dealing with ongoing drainage issues, sinking stairs, and a space that just wasn’t functional or enjoyable. I gave them a budget, and a few key things I wanted included (deck, patio, pergola, fire pit, and hot tub area), and then trusted them to design something special.

What they created exceeded every expectation I had.

I work from home full time, so having a backyard that felt like an escape from work was incredibly important to me. Kyle immediately understood that. Instead of just building a backyard, he designed a space that actually feels like a retreat. Every part of the project felt thoughtful and intentional.

One of the things that stood out most was how collaborative and communicative the team was throughout the entire process. Even when I was travelling for work and out of the country, I never felt disconnected from what was happening. They kept me informed, walked me through decisions, and whenever unexpected challenges came up, they always presented solutions clearly and honestly, and in many cases, actually ended up being some of my favourite alterations.

What I appreciated most was that they thought beyond the immediate project. They weren’t just designing for how the yard would look on completion day, they were thinking about how it would mature and evolve over the coming years. Now that another season has passed and everything has started growing in, I can honestly say it somehow looks even better than it did when they finished.

The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and overall vision were incredible. We’ve had neighbours come by multiple times asking about the project because they watched the transformation happen and couldn’t believe the final result.

Also...small piece of advice...trust Kyle’s vision, especially when it comes to the natural stone and rock work. Some of my favourite parts of the entire backyard were ideas he pushed for that I never would have thought of myself.

The entire Bond crew was professional, friendly, hardworking, and genuinely cared about doing things the right way. Even after completion, they continued checking in and answering questions quickly whenever I reached out.

Hired Kyle Bond and his team for a retaining wall, naturalized garden, and patio build, and they exceeded every expectation. Showed up when they said they would, communicated well throughout, and the craftsmanship was top-notch.
