Because the lot was the lowest point in the subdivision, solving the water problem came first: full demolition, re-grading, and a drainage system tied into the city sewer to pull water off the property. With the foundation set, the team replaced the asphalt with a new concrete driveway framed by a custom black border, added natural stone with limestone and granite boulders, laid a flagstone walkway and bridge plus stepping-stone interlock paths, built a new shed and chain link fence, and finished with new patios, multiple gardens, and focal and specimen tree planting.
