One of our favourite projects to date, this complete backyard transformation showcases how thoughtful design and quality craftsmanship can completely redefine an outdoor living space. The homeowners had virtually no usable entertaining area, with failing interlock, deteriorating concrete steps, an overgrown landscape, and recurring basement flooding caused by poor grading and drainage. Bond Landscape & Design reimagined the entire property, transforming it into a resort-inspired backyard retreat that is both functional and inviting.

This backyard went from an unusable, flood-prone yard to a fully functional, resort-inspired retreat. By addressing the underlying grading and drainage issues first, then layering in a multi-level composite deck, recessed hot tub, custom pergolas, patios, a fire pit area, lighting, and fresh planting, Bond Landscape & Design created an outdoor living space the homeowners can enjoy year-round.
